Currently servicing over 600 dealerships in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia, A&R offers a wide array of IT solutions ranging from fully managed services to project based solutions. We are currently looking for an IT Field Technician to service the Ottawa area.
Responsibilities
  • End user hardware support including PCs, laptops, smart phones, network switches, wireless printers, copiers and phone systems
  • End user software support for Microsoft Office Suite (2010, 2013 and Office 365), ADP & Reynolds DMS, CRM and various other software packages
  • Ensure all Helpdesk calls are properly entered into the call logging system and completed in a timely fashion
  • Setup, configuration and deployment of new and existing hardware and software
  • Provide end user training
  • Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware and other related IT equipment
  • Provide assistance in the purchase of new hardware and software
  • Ensure all Information Technology Policies and Procedures are followe
