Je bouwt duurzame retail en foodservice relaties, analyseert prestaties, jaagt distributie na en zorgt dat introducties en marketingplannen niet alleen worden uitgerold, maar ook beklijven in het schap en in de verkoopcijfers. Dit is accountmanagement waar jouw inzet direct zichtbaar is. Waarom deze rol belangrijk is Door verschuivingen binnen het Consumer Products team is er ruimte gekomen voor een accountmanager die meer diepgang kan brengen. Iemand die snapt dat accountmanagement draait om de dagelijkse drive om beter te presteren. Om klanten die verwachtingen hebben en jij die zorgt dat ze worden overtroffen. Jij bent de verbinding tussen klant en organisatie. Wat je hoort bij klanten, vertaal je naar actie intern. Wat er intern speelt, breng je helder bij de klant. En daarmee draag je bij aan het succes van het hele team. Wat je concreet gaat doen Jij managet de volledige salescyclus. Van retailpresentaties tot category reviews, van contractonderhandelingen tot promotie-uitvoering en prestatieanalyse. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor klanten binnen retail en foodservice. Jij bent de dagelijkse verbinding. Elke dag stem je af met customer service over forecasting, promoties, prijzen en klachten. Samen met marketing analyseer je sales-out data en gebruik je die inzichten voor gesprekken die ertoe doen. Je rolt marketingplannen uit in de praktijk en ziet het resultaat terug in de cijfers. In samenwerking met logistiek werk je aan serviceverbetering. En als het een keer misgaat? Dan ben jij degene die het oppakt, oplost en ervoor zorgt dat het niet nog een keer gebeurt.
