This role will report to the Senior Manager, Consolidations & Intercompany, and will work with stakeholders across the organization to complete the monthly global consolidation process. The role provides a challenging opportunity as it encompasses day to day controllership duties as well as focuses on a number of project based initiatives to improve the consolidated financial reporting process. Responsibilities: Responsible for the monthly close and consolidation process, including performing key internal controls related to foreign currency, intercompany transactions, and other consolidation matters as well as ensure Financials statements are prepared under US GAAP Assist with statutory reporting requirements of international entities. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as assisting with flux analysis and management reporting Perform monthly revaluations, translations, eliminations for legal entities, and maintain supporting documentation and reconciliations Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts and related cross mappings to local subsidiary ERPs Ensure the proper accounting for intercompany arrangements, partnering with treasury and tax teams to align on intercompany strategy and related accounting practices. Responsible for validating system interfaces, creation of new standardized reports, and troubleshooting consolidation general ledger issues while working with IT Support the integration of acquisitions to ensure seamless consolidated financial reporting.
