Are you a passionate guest expert with a knack for sales?

Then choose your path with Adina and become our new Reservation Agent. You'll expertly manage the daily operations of the reservations department and actively contribute to achieving our goals. You'll ensure that incoming phone calls and emails are answered quickly, politely, and efficiently. Accurately entering all information into our PMS "Protel" is second nature to you. Keeping our website and all booking platforms up-to-date is also your responsibility. Furthermore, you'll check all arrivals daily, work with the hotel front office teams to ensure individual guest requests are met, and provide insider tips for a truly memorable stay. 

If you have a degree from a hotel management school or another hotel-related qualification and have at least two to three years of experience in reservations or reception, we look forward to meeting you!
