Identity and Access Management Specialist (IAM) (m/f/d)
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Identity and Access Management team at our Hamburg location as soon as possible. This is a full-time position.
Your diverse responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for central access management based on a modern IAM platform, as well as participation in the conceptual development of the identity and access framework.
- Conception, development and operation of automated processes and interfaces in the area of central authorization management, including the connection of downstream systems
- Conceptual design and rule-compliant granting of privileged access in close coordination with operational security, including the definition and maintenance of role-based access models based on the minimum privilege principle.
- Participation in projects to implement the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), in particular with regard to ICT access control, identity management, and the securing of critical systems and privileged access in accordance with Article 9 DORA.
- Participation in the design and monitoring of access arrangements in the context of third-party ICT service providers in accordance with the contractual and regulatory requirements of Article 30 DORA
- Qualified user support and processing of fault reports in the area of user service, as well as handling escalation cases with technical depth.
- Participation in the optimization and standardization of system management processes as well as identification of improvement potentials in the authorization environment.
- Maintenance and quality assurance of the documentation, guidelines and procedures assigned to the field of activity.
- Preparation of evaluations, reports and key performance indicators for controlling authorization management, as well as taking on special tasks in the context of regulatory or project-related requirements.
Your profile
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the field of identity and access management, ideally in a regulated corporate environment.
- A good understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular KWG, MaRisk and DORA, and their practical implementation in authorization and access control concepts.
- Experience in developing and implementing automated authorization processes is an advantage.
- Prior experience in project work within a regulatory environment, ideally related to DORA requirements in the area of ICT risk management and access control, is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Atruvia platform environment (especially agree21) is advantageous.
- Structured, solution-oriented work style with a high quality awareness and strong personal responsibility
- Good analytical skills as well as clear and audience-appropriate communication towards specialist departments, IT units and external auditors.
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
