Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily shipment collection and deliveries across UAE
• Arrange pickup and delivery of cargo from JAFZA, ports, warehouses, and customer locations
• Liaise with drivers, transport subcontractors, and third-party trucking companies to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Prepare and process transport-related documentation, including delivery orders, waybills, and customs paperwork
• Coordinate with JAFZA customs, ports, and free zone authorities for cargo clearance and gate pass procedures
• Track shipments in real time and update clients/internal teams on delivery status
• Monitor transport costs and optimize routes to reduce fuel and time expenses
• Ensure proper proof of delivery and timely submission of completed documents
• Maintain accurate records of trip sheets, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, or discrepancies quickly to minimize disruption
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for loading/unloading schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in land transport/trucking coordination, preferably within a free zone (JAFZA) or logistics company
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures & free zone regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Hindi
