Platform Engineer
Developer Experience TeamLondon / Hybrid | Mid level
Help our engineers spend more time building great experiences for our restaurant teams and customers. As a mid-level Platform Engineer in our Developer Experience team, you’ll build the tools, automation and cloud foundations that make software easier to develop, deploy and run at Nando’s.
The roleYou’ll own defined platform improvements from implementation through to release and ongoing support, with guidance from experienced colleagues when you need it. Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll turn everyday frustrations into practical, reusable solutions and help shape an internal platform that developers want to use.
Useful additional experienceExperience with Docker, Kubernetes or Cloud Run; security and secrets management, including tools such as Wiz; or internal developer platforms and self-service tooling. Exposure to measuring platform adoption and gathering user feedback would also be useful.These are useful additions, rather than requirements for applying.
