As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: Carry out, but not limited to, the training of drivers both FTE, approx 40 covering Class 1,2 and vans, & Agency including driving assessments, development indicators, licence checks and highway code test Conduct induction, performing 2 day driver inductions for all new starters Delivering Smith System Initial training to all LGV drivers and company car drivers Organising and booking of drivers CPC periodic training, delivering CPC modules and generating revenue where applicable Supporting tachograph infringements, reviewing and retraining drivers with regards to driver hours infringements Carrying out gatehouse & yard audits, responsible for performing 10% yard/gatehouse exit vehicle and driver checks Microlise training and admin, performing weekly conversations to action improvement areas Carrying out Delivery Safety Orders, prompting safety conversations and identifying training needs WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
