Commercial Support - Support commercial teams in promoting TMC’s services through various marketing and communication channels. - Develop campaigns and materials that support lead generation, client retention, and reputation building. - Contribute to tenders, client presentations, and business development activities with impactful materials and positioning insights. Recruitment Marketing - Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop marketing campaigns that attract radiologists across Europe. - Analyse market trends and radiologist motivations to position TMC as an employer of choice. - Strengthen TMC’s recruitment brand through creative, data-driven, and targeted initiatives. Market & Competitor Intelligence - Lead ongoing market and competitor analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of how TMC is positioned relative to other teleradiology and diagnostic service providers. - Track market developments, pricing trends, and service models across key European markets. - Generate regular competitor and market intelligence reports to inform leadership, commercial, and recruitment strategies. - Identify opportunities and risks in market dynamics — including new entrants, client preferences, and technological trends. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making and guide communication priorities.
