Ensures that transactions are being processed accurately and on a timely basis, KPIs are being reported systematically, the deadlines are kept. Makes sure that process is conducted and controlled according to the agreed procedures and any specifics or other special handling variances are processed according to defined procedures, Identifies and reports to the SDM important process issues as well as recommends potential solutions. Responsible for keeping operating procedures up to date according to IMS requirements. 1st level of contact and operational communication with the client 1st point of escalation Prepares reports to the Service Delivery Manager or client. Issue solving, suggesting possible changes or solutions to SDM or the Client Involved in audits, reporting and recruitment process   Continuous Improvements: Continuously strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes, subject to approval of the Service Delivery Manager. Continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the team to do the same, subject to approval of the Service Delivery Manager.
