Support strategic initiatives such as automation projects (e.g., Anaplan) and financial documentation. Understand and manage pricing mechanics and reconciliation with billing and recharges. Maintain strong control over forecasts and actuals reporting. Build relationships to drive productivity improvements and effective business partnering. A qualified CA or MBA from a reputed institute. 10-12 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, and business partnering. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with exposure to reporting tools like Power BI. Skilled in storytelling with numbers—both visual and verbal. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to foresee challenges in complex data analysis and maintain a methodical approach. High drive, rigour, and ability to influence and innovate.
