Description
* Manage the general ledger and ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliation. * Prepare and oversee daily/monthly account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.  * Understanding/knowledgeable Chart of Account NBC. * Prepare and review regulatory reports in accordance with NBC requirements. * Daily maintaining accounting entries. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulation, and the Bank’s accounting policies. * Prepare all financial and management reports for the management team and group. * Oversee payment processing to ensure compliance with internal policies and approval authorities. * Strengthening internal controls and implementations to enhance operational efficiency. * Support internal/external audit including regulatory audit if any during their audited period. * Preparing tax returns/declaration such as monthly/year tax on a timely manner. * General filing and financial administration as required. * Other task/projects as assigned.  Knowledge Skills and Qualification: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. * CAT, ACCA or equivalents is preferred. * Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. * Experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and payment operations. * Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage. * CIFRS/IFRS and banking accounting practices. * Financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements. * Cambodian tax regulations * Internal control and risk management principles. * Very good command in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, and Windows-based computer applications.   * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *  Leadership and people management. * Planning, organization, and time management. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting timeline.
