Here’s what you’ll do: Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities: The Electrical Project Manager – Substation (220 kV) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-voltage substation projects from concept through commissioning. This role ensures that engineering design, procurement, construction, testing, and energization activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The manager acts as the primary interface between the client, engineering teams, contractors, and utility stakeholders. Lead end-to-end delivery of 220 kV substation projects, including AIS/GIS configurations. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage project risks, scope changes, progress reporting, and documentation. Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance KPIs. Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation. Ensure quality control and adherence to standards (IEC, IEEE, local utility codes). Monitor site progress, construction methodologies, and resource mobilization.
