Joignez-vous à nous Description du poste L’équipe ferroviaire d’AECOM est à la recherche d’un(e) chef(fe) d’équipe en arpentage passionné(e) et rigoureux(se) pour encadrer ses opérations sur le terrain. Ce rôle clé vous placera au cœur de nos projets, avec des responsabilités stimulantes et un réel impact sur la réussite des mandats. La personne sélectionnée sera notamment responsable des tâches suivantes : Diriger une équipe d’arpentage chevronnée, en restant à l’affût des nouvelles technologies, méthodes et équipements. Gérer efficacement les membres de l’équipe selon leurs compétences et assurer une réponse rapide aux demandes d’arpentage. Représenter l’équipe d’arpentage auprès du groupe Transport d’AECOM (interlocuteur principal des chargés de projets) et soutenir sa croissance. Élaborer un plan de développement et de formation pour les employés, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire. Maintenir un calendrier annuel et une planification sur trois semaines des besoins en arpentage, assurant une gestion optimale des ressources et équipements. Identifier les besoins en personnel selon la planification annuelle, recommander des embauches, participer aux processus de sélection et formuler des recommandations. Fournir un soutien technique quotidien aux arpenteurs sur le terrain : relevés, implantation, calculs, modélisation 3D, monitoring, etc. Gérer le camion d’arpentage (entretien, planification et utilisation optimale). Recevoir, distribuer et assurer le suivi de toutes les demandes d’arpentage du groupe Transport. Participer aux réunions lorsque requis et collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de projets. Vérifier et tenir à jour les registres d’utilisation des équipements. Veiller à l’application des procédures AECOM (qualité, santé-sécurité, etc.). Assurer l’entretien des équipements (GPS, stations totales, niveaux, etc.), la conformité et les registres de calibration. Recommander les achats ou remplacements d’équipement. Gérer l’inventaire des fournitures (clous, piquets, peinture, etc.) et effectuer les commandes avec approbation. Approuver les feuilles de temps de l’équipe chaque vendredi. Approuver les comptes de dépenses selon les procédures internes et le code d’éthique. Participer activement aux mandats d’arpentage sur le terrain avec son équipe.
