Job Description Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software, ensuring compliance with RTA specifications and standard work breakdown structures. Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identify delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis in accordance with contract requirements. Coordinate planning activities in line with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover requirements, and integration of authority approvals (NOCs, permits, traffic diversion approvals). Review and assess contractors' programs, planning submissions, and method statements against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements. Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and weekly/monthly progress reports in coordination with project teams and stakeholders. Prepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, substantiating delays with proper planning narratives and supporting evidence. Develop recovery and mitigation plans to address delayed activities, track procurement and long-lead items, and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure schedule compliance. Conduct weekly and monthly planning meetings with stakeholders, coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams, and provide planning inputs to support Project Manager decision-making.
