Job Description Read and understand contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure contractor compliance through observation, measurements, and testing. Maintain comprehensive records of contractor manpower, equipment, and daily activities, including materials delivery and site instructions implementation. Undertake site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer, applying all quality controls and procedures. Prepare site measurements, surveying checks, and comprehensive reports on structural inspections, including detailed findings and recommendations. Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction works, reporting any violations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project specifications.
