As a Public Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and visibility in the region. Work closely with the project manager and communications team to align PR activities with project milestones. Support preparation of visual content including project photos, videos, and social media materials (if applicable). Ensure transparency, professionalism, and positive representation of the organization and project at all times. Assist in managing public concerns, complaints, or negative publicity in coordination with project leadership. Prepare drafted responses and communication strategies for potential issues affecting the project’s public image. Maintain communication readiness for emergencies or incidents as per project communication protocols. Organize site tours, VIP visits, and client inspections in coordination with the HSE and project teams. Support planning and execution of project-related events and community meetings.
