Job Description Here is what you will do: Design of HVAC and Plumbing Installations: Plan and design HVAC and plumbing systems for buildings, covering areas such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sewage, cold/hot water, and firefighting systems. Mechanical Calculations: Perform detailed calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical installations, ensuring system integrity and performance. 3D BIM Modeling: Utilize Revit to create 3D BIM models of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across all Levels of Development (LOD). Technical Expertise: Provide specialized technical input and insights for studies and designs within the mechanical engineering discipline. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary reviews to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines. Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings to ensure adherence to project standards.
