With geotechnical engineering being a part of so many projects you will interact with other design disciplines, stakeholders, end clients and contractors as the project dictates and have the opportunity for short to longer term interstate or overseas travel if you desire. Support the preparation and execution of geotechnical site investigations. Compile and analyse geotechnical data to support design and reporting activities. Conduct soil and rock logging in accordance with NZGS guidelines and produce investigation logs. Assist in the initial preparation of site safety documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology/ Earth Science.
