Leading all aspects of process design including: Key deliverables listed above, and their delegation as required, Ensuring that the process design satisfies the project requirements and overall scope, Ensuring that the process design complies with health and safety standards by utilising a Safety in Design approach, Project programme development, Managing project workload amongst the Process Team, Liaising with other engineering disciplines to ensure a fully integrated multidisciplinary design, Communication of design development in project meetings and reporting documentation. Additional Development of the Process Team via training, guidance and reviewing of work. Responsible as a ‘Designer’ under the CDM 2015 regulations. Supporting Safety Case development via engineering substantiation. Pragmatic approach to problem solving and ability to apply ‘Engineering Fit for Purpose Judgement’ where appropriate.
