The Poland office is a fully integrated design hub, with real technical ownership and direct involvement in project delivery, not just production support. What You Will Do: Depending on your experience level, you will be involved in: OLE / OCS design for tramway, conventional rail and high‑speed rail projects Preparation of technical reports, drawings, layouts and design calculations Development of structural steelwork, wiring arrangements and bonding plans Mechanical and geometric calculations for OLE systems Coordination with other disciplines and participation in design reviews Responding to technical queries from construction and delivery teams Supporting quality control and design assurance activities You will work independently on defined tasks, with support and mentorship from senior engineers where required.
