We are seeking a Site Supervision Electrical Engineer to oversee and monitor all on-site electrical works for a large mixed use / residential development project. The role will ensure that power, lighting, ELV, and associated electrical systems are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and project timelines. Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm). Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance. Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve site interface issues. Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Attend progress meetings and prepare inspection and progress reports. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations.
