Job Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of electrical works on a major PMC project governed under the FIDIC Yellow Book. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven site supervision experience, and a deep understanding of electrical systems within a design-and-build contract framework. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in line with design specifications and project requirements. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions, applicable codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and construction management to ensure smooth execution of site activities. Monitor and verify progress, quality, and safety compliance of electrical subcontractors. Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT activities, and handover processes. Maintain accurate daily site reports, weather conditions, progress tracking, and QA/QC documentation. Support resolution of technical issues and interface management with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.). Enforce HSE standards and ensure site teams follow all safety procedures. Performing both routine and non-routine, complex assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Decision making with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Following specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience supervising electrical works on large-scale construction projects. Previous experience under FIDIC Yellow Book contracts (EPC/Design & Build) is essential. Solid knowledge of LV, MV, and control systems; familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and automation systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Good command of site documentation, inspection processes, and commissioning protocols. Strong communication and leadership skills; capable of managing subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English, Dutch language. Preferred: Certification in Project Management or Construction Supervision. Experience working on infrastructure, industrial, or utility-scale projects.
