Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Mechanical Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical systems in various construction projects throughout the city. Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply, to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors. Process incoming inspection requests and technical submittals, taking necessary actions as required. Read and interpret package contract documents, detailed drawings, and specifications, including any associated updates. Monitor and document contractor manpower and equipment resources on a daily basis. Perform site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. Prepare detailed reports on observed activities, including personnel, equipment, location, and methods utilized. Implement and monitor quality control procedures and site safety measures. Conduct site measurements and surveying checks as needed. Report on any violations of health and safety regulations in construction works.
