Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts, web graphics, video, UX, 3D, proposals and other collateral. Reviews the visual layouts of other less experienced team members and has the ability to manage visual challenges and stakeholders. Creates outstanding branded visual design layouts. Applies strong creative understanding to inform cross-functional teams to meet and exceed project goals and client needs. Able to work independently and collaboratively with a strong understanding of client expectation, quality assurance and brand compliance. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communication and other similar courses At least three 6-10 years of experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within Graphic Design function or any other relevant roles and functions A portfolio that demonstrates a solid background in print, editorial or brochure design Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience using After Effects and Premier or other similar tools and platforms is preferred Attributes: Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues.
