Development of early careers staff, via support, guidance and checking of work. Responsible as a ‘Designer’ under the CDM 2015 regulations. Supporting Safety Case development via engineering substantiation. Pragmatic approach to problem solving and ability to apply ‘Engineering Fit for Purpose Judgement’ where appropriate. Communication of design development in project meetings and in written reports. Liaising with other discipline engineers to ensure a fully integrated multidiscipline design.
