The PM Lead strengthens Romania as a strategic delivery hub and serves as a senior leader in client engagement, project governance, and talent development. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead and manage PMs and DMs, ensuring consistent application of PMDM processes and best practices. Drive utilization, quality, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across the discipline. Oversee resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
