REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 20 years is required.
• Direct hands-on experience with MES systems such as iBase-t Solumina.
• Direct hands-on experience with creating and reviewing functional design specifications for MES interfaces.
• Experience capturing business requirements, developing solution designs, planning and conducting data migrations, information system harmonization, and portfolio shaping.
• Strong understanding of project, portfolio, organizational change management, waterfall, and agile project management techniques.
• Experience participating with a PMO, business steering committee, or similar.
• Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills.
• Excellent in preparing technical and executive level presentations and diagrams.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ERP, Timekeeping, and QMS systems knowledge preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance, if required.

Pay: $98,000 - $154,000
The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $98,000 and $154,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed ‘at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
