You will: Manage and lead aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre and post contract duties Produce cost estimates and cost plans Manage the tender process, review and analyse tender returns and prepare recommendations to the client as well as advice on procurement routes Attend meetings, prepare financial reports and monitor on the status of projects Ensure the project remains on budget from design to completion phase Undertake full post-contract duties including establishing the effect of variations and evaluating and negotiating final account settlements Build and maintain working relationships with clients Manage junior team members to deliver our cost management service effectively. Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying MRICS qualified UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector Experience working on larger projects of £10m value or over (or equivalent) Experience working on new build and fit-out projects Excellent communication skills and client facing.
