This pivotal role will develop the strategic vision and implementation roadmap for advanced manufacturing solutions directly supporting naval ship repair availabilities. The Program Manager will create processes for identifying, evaluating, and fabricating critical components using cutting edge technologies, while building cross functional relationships with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. You will establish quality control systems, develop innovative procurement strategies, and champion advanced manufacturing adoption throughout the organization to transform SRF's capability to address part obsolescence and lead time challenges, ultimately enhancing fleet readiness and operational efficiency in this mission critical environment.
