Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership and partner closely with the C-suite to shape long-term transformation efforts. Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of professionals across innovation, operations, clinical improvement, and digital strategy. Lead cross-functional initiatives including: Redesign of care delivery models across hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis Identification and incubation of emerging technologies including AI/ML, workflow automation, and telehealth platforms Enterprise process reengineering to streamline operations and reduce waste Partner with clinical and operational leaders to co-create and implement scalable pilots with measurable KPIs. Drive end-to-end change management including org design, workforce training, and cultural transformation. Develop compelling executive-level communications and presentations for leadership forums. Track and report on performance metrics tied to financial outcomes, patient outcomes, and teammate experience. Represent the organization in external partnerships, innovation forums, and industry think tanks.
