JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.
• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors
• Monitoring and managing contractor performance to ensure contract compliance
• Identifying and resolving contractual issues and disputes
• Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with directors, project managers and financial controller
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Contracts Management role, preferably within the Facade industry
• Excellent knowledge of construction contract law, regulations and best practices
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to speak and wirte Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
