Your primary role as Self-Storage Assistant will be to deliver exceptional customer service, responsible for day to day customer enquiries and retail operations of the Self-Storage unit, you will be eager to explore all sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. Part of a small team you will contribute to ensuring an engaging customer experience and environment. Lone working is a requirement for this role. Shift pattern negotiable, to include up to two weekends per month- Working pattern negotiable with a minimum of 25 hours per week
Previous experience in customer services and sales is essential, experience in administration would be an advantage.
