Salary $62,575 - $76,624 depending on experience
Remote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA

Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.

• Location requirements not applicable to current employees operating under the legal entity of Merakey-USA.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field required.
• Certifications in instructional design, digital adoption platforms, or enterprise applications preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in enterprise application training, instructional design, or user adoption.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse user groups.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in digital adoption platforms and learning management systems.
• Familiarity with business process optimization and workflow automation tools.
• Strong ability to analyze training needs and measure training effectiveness.

LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION ABILITIES:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to identify and address training needs.
