Product Preparation: Oversee and participate in the meticulous preparation of products, ensuring consistency and quality. Order Processing: Receive and accurately process telephone orders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and complete associated documentation with precision and attention to detail. Facility Maintenance: Supervise and participate in the thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities on a daily basis, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Training and Orientation: Assist in providing comprehensive on-the-job training and orientation to new team members. Communication: Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers, ensuring accurate order processing both over the phone and in person. Mathematical Proficiency: Exhibit strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately.
