Their expertise includes fire alarm, access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and life safety systems across rapidly growing markets throughout the Southeast. With an expanding project pipeline, D80 is seeking experienced field leaders who can take ownership of projects, build strong relationships with general contractors, and deliver high-quality installations from start to finish. The Opportunity We're looking for a Fire Alarm Superintendent to lead multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. This is a highly autonomous position for someone who enjoys running projects independently rather than being micromanaged. You'll oversee field execution, coordinate subcontractors, perform system programming and commissioning, maintain quality standards, and work closely with Project Managers to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
