We are looking for an Fire Protection Engineer in Training 1 to join our team in our Philadelphia office. The Fire Protection EIT I supports the Fire Protection Engineer, other Project Engineers and Architects for life safety, fire protection systems design and code analysis. Essential Functions Support Project Architect (PA) with Code Studies and prepare Life Safety Plans. Prepare Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm contract documents for complex projects under the direction of the Fire Protection Engineer. Assist with code reviews. Assist Project Architect with egress, construction types, barrier selection and other building attributes. Sprinkler and Fire Alarm system shop drawing review. Perform other duties as requested or required.
