Restorations UK are an expanding restoration company dealing with fire and water damage claims throughout the UK.
This role is based from our Battersea Depot - applicants must be within reasonable travel distance of the depot.
We are currently looking for a technician that is either already experienced or willing to be be fully trained in the restoration industry. The right candidate will have the ability to work safely in a disaster environment, adhering to company Health and Safety procedures. Show commitment to working in a team environment, with established team building abilities. You must be comfortable driving vehicles including vans and have commercial driving experience.

Duties Include -

• Delivery and Installation of specialist Drying Equipment.
• Liaising with clients, both domestic and commercial, providing a high level of customer service.
• Securing properties against secondary damage
• Removing / securing all salvageable contents / personal belongings
• Strip out / deconstruction and removal of flooring, plasterboard, woodwork and other building materials for disposal.
• Restoration of valuable items ( antiques / fine arts / clothing / electronic equipment )
• Removing smoke & soot damage / odour & contamination
• Extracting water ( injection / suction drying )
• Sanitising and decontamination

As a Fire & Flood Technician you may already have a background in construction, trade, furniture or carpets.
A company vehicle and fuel card is provided along with 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a competitive salary
