ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity of Head of Operational Excellence and Fire Safety. We’re looking someone who is solutions focused and can support teams in improving standards across our housing development building sites.

As the post holder you will act as the primary regional ambassador and lead for quality operations, driving the approach of right-first-time and nurturing a 360-degree Quality Assurance model that dynamically captures areas of underperformance to mitigate risk, shape future learning and avoid repeated events.
This post supports the business in meeting all required legislation and quality standards by way of designing process, managing and consulting on all matters of operational excellence. The role will include regular formal inspection, project management, evaluating learning and risk, developing policy and standard operating procedures, coaching, acting as a consultant on standards with the team, stake holders and the supply chain.
The post holder will provide clear leadership, consultancy and management of the untypical groups built environment fire safety obligations across fire remediation, current build and future fire safety policy development. The role demands in-depth knowledge and relevant experience in new homes and construction operational excellence in addition to sound working knowledge of the building Safety Act and the Building Safety Regulator.
