Superior Fire Control Ltd. is looking to add to our dynamic Dispatching team in our Grande Prairie, Alberta head office. People applying for this position need to be positive, friendly, professional, and very organized.
Job Description and Duties include - but are not limited to:
· Must physically live in Grande Prairie, AB
· Must be available 24/7 when on call
· Experience in dispatching, Medical Units, H2S Safety Services, Fire Combination Units and E-Calls are an asset
· Must have a Positive Attitude and be a Team Player
· Organization is a must
· All oilfield related tickets are required - ie: First Aid, H2S, CSO etc.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure for time sensitive jobs
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Minimum of a class 5 license (clean drivers abstract) - (must be non-GDL)
· Vast knowledge of the Northern Alberta, Southern Alberta and Northern BC area roads - would be an asset
· Rudimentary computer knowledge – including Microsoft, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook etc.
