Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager (Import-Export) to manage and streamline our international logistics operations, including customs clearance, DG cargo handling, and vendor management which covers all GCC countries. The role will play a critical part in reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-border business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage import-export procedures in compliance with international trade regulations, focused on UAE and Saudi Arabia customs requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo shipments and clearance through Dubai and Saudi Customs.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, and other logistics service providers.
  • Negotiate logistics contracts and pricing annually to ensure competitive rates and service excellence.
  • Monitor global logistics trends and advise on best practices to enhance international supply chain operations.
  • Manage the accounting flow related to logistics partners and vendors, particularly with vendors in China.
  • Prepare regular reports, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management review.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation skills, especially in logistics contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai Customs clearance procedures.
