This role ensures accurate tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress items, supporting production efficiency and customer satisfaction. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.  * Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. * Analyze inventory trends and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or stockouts. * Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.  * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to forecast inventory needs.  * Support shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.  * Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of aluminum materials and products. * Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures. * Support compliance with safety and quality standards. * Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or invoice discrepancies. * Performs other appropriate duties as requested. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift. * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. * Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary. * Speech and hearing sufficient for in person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
