The Director of Clinical Services is a registered nurse who provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel within our Englewood, CO and surrounding territories. This role ensures quality patient care in the home and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency. Titles for this position may also include Director of Nurses, Supervising Nurse, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Professional Services, or similar. Requirements Clinical Management: Oversee and manage the Hospice program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. Team Leadership: Provide supervision and support to Hospice Clinical Staff, including RN Case Managers, LVNs, CNAs, Chaplains, and Hospice Social Workers. Training and Development: Participate in the Orientation Program to assist in training, motivation, and productivity of all team members. Quality Assurance: Oversee the QAPI program to ensure accuracy and regulatory fulfillment of timely documentation. Compliance: Focus on Medicare Quality Measures and other industry standards to ensure compliance. Staffing: Ensure that staffing ratios are sound, and patient focused. Interdisciplinary Team Coordination: Oversee the IDT process, leading all disciplines to ensure quality care coordination. Patient Satisfaction: Manage all client complaints to achieve patient/family satisfaction. Mission Alignment: Lead all disciplines to embrace the organization’s mission and philosophy. Fiscal Responsibility: Work with the Finance Team to create budgets and embrace all fiscal programs established by the Executive Team.
