JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Architectural to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and high-quality BIM models, drawings, and documentation for architectural projects. This role requires strong expertise in BIM software, attention to detail, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the architectural field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design, and construction processes.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and project collaboration platforms (BIM 360, ACC, or similar).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Develop and update architectural BIM models (LOD 100–500) using Revit and related software.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure models are aligned with project BIM execution plans (BEP) and company standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Support the design team in producing 2D/3D drawings, schedules, and material take-offs.
• Maintain model accuracy, version control, and BIM data integrity.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery requirements.
• Assist in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and templates within the organization.
