REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of experience in technologist roles, preferably within software or technology services.
• Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Strong technical grounding in modern software development, architecture, and delivery practices.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance innovation with business value.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including at board and executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge hype cycles with data-driven, rational approaches.
• Established network of peers in technology leadership, including CTO forums and industry groups.
• Experience scaling teams and technical functions in high-growth or transformation contexts.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, edge computing, etc.) and their real-world application.

THE ROLE
