Fostering the Architecture community locally and globally across the Firm and Divisions. 10+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large technology organizations. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and models such as TOGAF. Strategic thinker; able to structure and deliver on complex multi-year programmes. Experience working and influencing the designs of senior architects and senior technology leaders. Experience with large-scale architecture transformation projects, e.g. integration of acquisitions, Cloud migration, geographic migrations, modernization initiatives. Hands-on experience architecting technology solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries. Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications. Technical background; comfortable with hands-on development tools and processes. Experience with GenAI, cybersecurity, and/or resilience desirable.
