EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Acrobat) (required).
• Experience in design or artwork preparation (required).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (required).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Digital Artworker to support our card production process in a temporary (maternity cover), office-based role. You’ll be responsible for preparing final print proofs for client approval and adjusting artwork to ensure it meets our print standards. This role involves regular communication with clients via telephone and email, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Preparing final print proofs for the client to approve.
• Adjusting client artwork when errors are found.
• Creating client artwork from a detailed brief.
• Assisting clients with reproduction of old artwork.
• Adjusting existing artwork to fit the client’s new needs.
• Answering and making phone calls to discuss artwork requirements.
• Logging calls with detailed information regarding the call to further advise clients on the quality of their artwork and on possible adjustments needed.
• Keeping in touch with clients and building rapport.
• Work alongside our production team to ensure a cohesive and timely order completion for client.
