Duties & Responsibilities: •    Document Management:o    Maintain and organize engineering documentation, including drawings, P&IDs, specifications, procedures,        and reports.o    Ensure version control and proper archiving of all technical documents.o    Manage and customize document management systems such as Autodesk Vault, Microsoft SharePoint,            and other engineering software.•    Procedures and Specifications:o    Develop, update, and standardize engineering procedures and specifications.o    Ensure alignment with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.o    Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely documentation.o    Administer the Management of Change (MOC) process for engineering-related changes.o    Track and document all changes to ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.•    Capital Projects:o    Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of capital projects.o    Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of permit applications for engineering and                  construction activities. Track permit status and resolve issues.
