KingswaySoft is a leading integration solution provider offering software solutions that make data integration affordable and painlessly easy. We are currently looking for a creative and hard-working individual to join our team as a Technical Solutions Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical solution support to our data warehouse and ETL development clients from over 100 countries, troubleshooting client technical issues, offering technical solutions to some of the most interesting integration challenges, contributing to the development of blueprint solutions that our clients may use as references, among other responsibilities as required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong understanding of relational database systems and SQL scripting
• Experience in technical support analyst, database developer roles that involve database programming, ETL development, software application troubleshooting and escalations
• Experience with database and application performance tuning will be beneficial
• A software QA background, working with database and web-service-based applications including SOAP and REST, would be a huge plus
• Some knowledge and exposure with XML, JSON, OAuth will be very valuable
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, or any other cloud, on-premises applications
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prior training and consulting experience will be an asset

Work Location: In perso

• Troubleshoot client technical issues using SSIS as the ETL platform along with our software.
• Create some creative data integration solutions using KingswaySoft tools on top of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) platform.
• Develop ETL packages that demonstrate best practices and our software capabilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical trainings by delivering an amazing learning experience.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve client issues/inquiries related to operating our software products.
• Sharing your knowledge by developing online resources such as technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and blog posts, etc.
• Develop and execute test cases for KingswaySoft products as needed that interact with various enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Marketo, etc.
• Manage communications and expectations with clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Leverage your technical experience, skills, training, and information tools to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
