You will be responsible for the mechanical aspects of measurement instrument design within the Measurement & Analytics business unit, located in Québec City (Canada). As a member of the opto-mechanical group, you will oversee the mechanical design, manufacturing, and analysis elements for multiple projects, ensuring successful, on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for conducting structural and thermal analyses to guide the design of these systems within the opto-mechanical team. The ideal candidate is a mechanical engineer with strong physical intuition, autonomy, experience in multidisciplinary teamwork, and a solid background in R&D for space system design and analysis.
